Biography
Cameron J. Davies is a visionary business and technology leader whose career spans more than 25 years at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and business transformation. A proud alumnus of the University of West Florida, where he earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing, Davies has consistently demonstrated how advanced analytics and innovative leadership can create enduring enterprise value.
He currently serves as the first Corporate Chief Data and AI Officer at Yum! Brands, where he has built a global decision sciences organization from 20 to more than 450 professionals, delivering over $1 billion in value. At Yum, he led the successful acquisition and integration of Kvantum Analytics, implemented the company’s first global data strategy, and pioneered AI-driven platforms such as RED360 and Crave.AI.
Prior to Yum, Davies was Senior Vice President of Corporate Decision Sciences at NBCUniversal, where he established the company’s first data privacy and governance program and created enterprise-wide forecasting, planning, and optimization solutions. Earlier, at The Walt Disney Company, he founded the internal Management Science and Integration consultancy, delivering more than $250 million annually in EBITDA impact, and led innovations in pricing, revenue management, and marketing analytics.
A passionate advocate for responsible AI and diversity in technology, Davies serves on advisory boards including the Responsible AI Institute and Trustwise, and has supported women leaders in data and technology initiatives. With multiple patents and publications, he is recognized as a transformative executive who blends strategic vision, technical expertise, and people-first leadership.
