Biography
Pam Bilbrey is a principal consultant with The Table Group and a nationally recognized thought leader, management consultant and author. She has led cultural transformations in organizations throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Whether facilitating a team session, conducting a workshop or delivering a keynote address, Pam brings her passion and enthusiasm for achieving extraordinary results and lasting transformational change to every client interaction. Over 20,000 people have attended her sessions. She has a unique ability to quickly and effectively apply the concepts of organizational health in real and practical ways that solve complex problems and drive immediate results. Her clients span a broad spectrum of industries including healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing and public sector agencies.
Pam has authored three books: "Ordinary Greatness: It’s Where You Least Expect It…Everywhere," "BreakOUT: Unleash the Power of Human Capital" and "Reflections on Leading: Rants, Raves and Realities" and over 50 articles on leadership, team development, service excellence, employee engagement and organizational change for national publications. She has been profiled on WSRE-TV/PBS, a guest on National Public Radio and quoted in Health Leaders, Modern Healthcare, USA Today, The Denver Post, The Miami Herald and Forbes.com.
She has over 25 years in executive leadership positions. She has been responsible for the strategic direction, operational planning and overall leadership for both existing and start-up businesses. Pam developed many of the innovative strategies that led to Baptist Health Care’s recognition in Fortune’s Top 100 Best Places to Work, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Top 100 Training Organizations. She served as the founding president of the Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute which provided consulting services to over 300 healthcare systems across the US, Canada, and Europe.
During her career, she initiated two award-winning national educational franchises, authored a series of customer satisfaction instruments and developed a national customer satisfaction data center.
She served on the Board of Trustees for the University of West Florida, the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition and was appointed to the Florida Board of Governors, a body that oversees the state’s university system. Pam has participated in Leadership Florida and the UWF Executive Mentor Program. She has received the Individual Professional Excellence Award from the Society for Strategy and Market Development and was named one of the Top 100 People in Leadership Development by Executive Excellence. She holds a graduate degree in child development/psychology from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of West Florida
Pam and her husband John live in Pensacola. They have three children and 4 grandkids.
