Biography

Tia Robbins is an entrepreneurial trailblazer who connects communities through her innovative ventures. As the founder of Taste of Pensacola, she created an e-commerce marketplace in 2020 that bridges local small businesses to consumers via specialty curated gift boxes.

In 2023, her journey continued to exciting heights with an opportunity to join the phenomenal Visit Pensacola team, as their Destination Sales Manager, where she’s passionate about growing economic development in Escambia County through tourism. Tia's responsibilities include generating leads, attending conferences and tradeshows nationwide, and positioning Pensacola as the ultimate destination for leisure, adventure, and corporate events.

Tia's commitment to the community is unwavering. She co-founded Mr. Robbins’ Neighborhood in 2014, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, focusing on preparing and developing student-athletes in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties for success beyond high school sports.

Before her accomplishments in Pensacola, Tia ventured into public relations and marketing in the music and entertainment industry in New York City. Her journey includes pivotal roles at J Records and MBK Entertainment. In 2007, she co-founded T3 Agency, a boutique PR agency, with high-profile clients like Swizz Beatz and Monster Cable, creators of the original Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. Tia's entrepreneurial spirit led her to create companies promoting women's health, wellness, and healthy relationships, including Off the Market, LLC, and Bombshell Moms, Inc.

Tia's community involvement shines through her commitment as a “Legacy” member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. - Pensacola Chapter, a Board of Trustees member for Creative Learning Academy, and a dedicated Board Member for her family’s foundation, the Emmett Till Legacy Foundation. Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including the Living the Dream Award, Volunteer of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals-West Florida Chapter, and induction into the Pensacola Sports Hall of Fame along with her husband, Fred Robbins. She was also named the Junior League of Pensacola's Philanthropic Woman of the Year in 2019 and recognized as EntreCon's 2022 "Entrepreneur of the Year".

With her vibrant entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to community development, and unwavering dedication to empowering others, Tia Robbins continues to be a beacon of inspiration and leadership within the Pensacola community.

In her leisure time, Tia enjoys exploring new places, baking, and creating cherished memories with her husband, Fred and two sons, Tré and Troi.
