Richard Fountain

Welcome to the Spring 2021 semester, Business Argos!

Congratulations to each of you for working steadfastly on your academic goals, even through these continued, challenging times. We are so very proud of you.

This fall we celebrated almost 200 business graduates. It was a joy to watch each graduate shine at the online commencement. We look forward to hearing about each of their successes.

Out of an abundance of caution, our fall break has been slightly extended. Students, we look forward to seeing you (in-person or virtually) on January 19th when spring classes begin.

Above all, please stay safe. The university continues to update the website for the most up-to-date COVID-19 resources and protocols. Visit the site to learn best practices and guidelines outlined by the university.

While our college may continue to work differently this spring, we are still here to provide an enriching educational environment for you. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at

Sending my best to you and your families, and wishing for all of you to stay safe and take care.

Richard M. Fountain

Our students’ successes are due in large part to student-oriented education experiences, our small class sizes, and opportunities for interaction and mentorship by our dedicated College of Business faculty.
