Over the next 13 years, TYBRIN grew to over 1,500 employees with operations and offices around the world.  In 2009, TYBRIN joined Jacobs Engineering ($14B), as a move to launch the business into new avenues and help the company reach greater heights under a publicly held organization.  Brian continued to operate the company as President and General Manager of the new Division of Jacobs Engineering until retiring in 2013 and taking on other roles outside the business.

Brian has worked with several civic organizations in the region including the Okaloosa Economic Development Council, the Board of Trustees for Northwest Florida State College and the Northwest Florida State College Foundation. Brian and Kim are both passionate about their faith, serving the United Methodist Church, both locally and beyond, over the years.  Kim also serves on the Board of the Emerald Coast Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
