Biography
Sarah Kent earned her Bachelor of Science in Special education with a Minor in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Master’s of the Arts in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. She served as a Special Education teacher in Hillsborough County for students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders.
Sarah began working for the Center for Behavior Analysis in 2018 after collaborating with Dr. Barry on research. She supports various aspects of the program.
Research interests include: interventions for students with severe problem behavior, academic interventions for use in self-contained classrooms, Precision Teaching, and the application of RFT and ACT in a school setting for severe problem behavior.
