Request Funding
Alumni Relations has funds available to sponsor initiatives by departments for alumni outreach. Departments can request up to $500 per fiscal year to help fund events, programs or communications for their alumni. Fill out the form linked below and email Robin Zimmern at rzimmern@uwf.edu with any questions.
Alumni Contact Information
University Advancement has the master database of alumni and donor contact information and communication/privacy preferences. Departments, faculty and staff are discouraged from keeping their own alumni contact lists. If you need a list of your alumni and their contact information, please email Katie Schutts and she will assist you in making that list request and signing confidentiality documents. The turnaround time for list requests is two weeks.

Communicating With Your Alumni
Your alumni want to hear from you!
Alumni Relations can send surveys, event invitations, newsletters and more to your alumni through our Constant Contact account. Our Alumni Association social media accounts can also be used to advertise alumni-centered events you are hosting. We request at least 30 days notice for all alumni-bound communications.
