Biography
Elizabeth Barrett serves as the Program Coordinator of the Kugelman Honors Program. Her roles include event planning, conference travel coordination, thesis processing, and daily operations of the office. Elizabeth is an Honors alumni and has worked for various UWF departments for the past several years, including the Office of Career Development and Community Engagement and the College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities. She holds a B.A. in Legal Studies and a minor in Geographic Information Systems from UWF and is currently pursuing a M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Administration, also from UWF. During her time in Honors, she served as the UWF Honors Council Fundraising Chair, UWF Honors Council President, Kugelman Honors Lead Mentor, and Founder of UWF Foodies (formerly known as Grocery Club). She is also the recipient of the 2020 Hal Crosby Student Leadership Award for UWF, 2018 Kugelman Honors Emerging Leader Award, and 2020 Kugelman Honors Outstanding Senior Award.
