Student Advisory Board
The Stay the Course Student Advisory Board (SAB) is an opportunity for undergraduate cohort students to provide their unique perspectives and insights. The SAB's contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the services and programs that support students in achieving their academic goals and timely degree completion.

The Office of Academic Advocacy & Graduation Success (AAGS) is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the Stay the Course Student Advisory Board (SAB).

Student Requirements:
- Nominations
- email aagradsuccess@uwf.edu or your college Advising Director representative - Two (2) students per college/school
- Must be cohort students from FTIC beyond year one, Pell or Transfer
- Serves for one academic year
- Remain in good academic standing
- $250 scholarship for the academic year
- Meets bi-monthly (online or f2f options)
Responsibilities of the SAB members:
- Advise UWF leadership on issues affecting cohort students
- Advocating, collaborating, and providing feedback on graduation initiatives and services
- Increasing awareness of services provided for Stay the Course (cohort student) population
- Participating in Stay the Course activities and events
- Brainstorming strategies that support the retention and graduation workgroup on meeting the annual graduation goals
