Custom Reports
Program Review
The program review is the most granular report that Institutional Research offers. There are 3 tabs that allow you to break down data by headcount of enrollment, credit hours and FTE, and degrees awarded. These reports offer a wide array of filters and allow you to organize the report by choosing the data each column contains. To access the program review you must be a university employee with a employee login.

Custom Enrollment Report
The custom enrollment report is accessible by all users. It contains enrollment data that can be broken down by terms or academic years and contains filter options that are available in the enrollment fact books. This report offers up to four columns that can be set by the user.
Custom Degree Report
The custom degree report is accessible by all users. It contains degrees awarded data that can be broken down by terms or academic years and contains filter options that are available in the degree fact books. This report offers up to four columns that can be set by the user.
