Organizations can hold meetings, conduct fundraisers and have membership drives with the use of available facilities and other spaces. To be able to use facilties for meetings and other events, the following criteria must be met:
- Must be a REGISTERED Student Organization
- If not Registered, 1 Organizational Meeting is allowed.
- Must be in Good Standing
Some Helpful Information:
- The room will be locked, you must get a key from the Service Desk
- If your event is other than a regular meeting, the following forms may be needed:
- Food Form
- Event Form
- Fundraising Form
- Outside Events need a 2 week minimum notice
- We reserve ALL on-campus facilities
- Technical Equipment is generally set up 5 to 10 minutes prior to event
