Want to post an advertisement for your next event? Want to disseminate information to a wide variety of students for your product or service? We can help you with that! The Service Desk is here to post your materials and approve your posters, bulletins or other materials.
How It Works
- You must bring your material to be posted to the Service Desk NO LATER than 1 week prior to your event or sale. This allows us time to approve your material and post it in time for students to see the information.
- Restrictions DO apply!
- UWF materials (Student Organizations, Faculty, Staff, Departments) - You are allowed 1 full page and the maximum amount of time it can be posted is for 2 weeks
- NON-UWF materials - You are allowed 1/2 page and the maximum amount of time it can be posted is 1 week
- Cannot contain an advertisement for a product or an event that provides or advocates alcohol
- Posting of materials is conducted ONLY on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's
- There are only 9 boards that the Service Desk will distribute your materials to:
