Where can I make deposits?
Deposits may be made at the Cashier’s Office in Building 20E, online through Argus, or at one of the Automatic Deposit Machines (ADM’s) located in the Commons-Building 22, Building 86, Computer Center-Building 79, and the Library-Building 32.
Can I check my Nautilus Card account balances online?
Your account information is available online.
For Students: Log on to Argus > My Info tab > Student Personal Records Access channel > Nautilus Card User Services
For Employees: Log on to Argus > My Info tab > Banner Self Service channel > Review Nautilus Card User Services
This information may also be accessed from the Argus Directory tab > Services > click on "N" > Nautilus Card (for students) or Nautilus Card - Employees (for employees)
The online service allows you to view your card balances (general and food accounts), card swipe history (both financial and access) and meal plan information.
May cash be withdrawn from a Nautilus Card account?
Once funds have been placed into your account, they may be withdrawn only by making purchases. You may not withdraw cash. If you have money in your Nautilus Card account at the end of the term, it will be carried over into the next term’s balance.
What should I do if I lose my card?
If your card is lost or stolen, please contact the Nautilus Card office immediately. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Card invalidation will be immediate. After regular business hours, please contact the University Police at (850) 474-2415.
The University of West Florida is not responsible for cash balances of lost cards. The charge for a replacement card is $15.00.
I am graduating and have money left on my card. Can I get a refund?
Yes. You may request, in writing, a refund of any balance remaining in your Nautilus Card account within six months after separation from the University. Any unclaimed balance after this time will be forfeited.
