Change Outlook Folders to List Messages by Sent Date/Time

By default, the email messages in your new profile will be listed by the date and time that they were copied from the old email system, not the date and time that they were actually sent to you. You can correct this problem by performing these steps for EACH FOLDER in the new profile.

1. Open Outlook and select a folder.
   
   
2. Go to View > Arrange By > Custom… > Fields…
   
   
3. In the Show these fields in this order column, remove Received and add Sent.
