ITS places a top priority on providing faculty with the latest classroom technology, allowing them to create a multimedia learning environment for UWF students. All ITS supported technology-enhanced classrooms are configured as eClassrooms.
Classroom Technology Support
If you are experiencing a technology problem in a regularly-scheduled classroom, call the ITS Help Desk at 474-2075. On-site classroom technology support is available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Classroom support calls received outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day. Please leave a message with your name and contact information, the building and room numbers, and a description of the problem.
