OLF-8 Economic Impact Assessment
Retail vs. Light Industry at OLF-8: Over five years, the light industrial development would create around $1.3 billion in total economic output, generate $10.8 million in local tax revenue, and support 1,550 jobs, leading to $445.5 million in overall personal income. On the other hand, the residential and retail option would yield only $159 million in economic output and just $2.3 million in tax revenue over the same timeframe.
