The University of West Florida invites applications and nominations for the position of Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Affairs. The University seeks a dynamic, articulate, and energetic individual who will provide strong and visionary leadership.
Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Affairs is a member of the Provost’s Council, and directs recruitment and admissions, financial aid, records and registration, and campus wide enrollment management oversight. Working with other senior university officers and the Board of Trustees, the Assistant Vice President will collaborate in the development of recruitment, marketing, and retention strategies to achieve university-wide enrollment, retention, and graduation goals on the undergraduate and graduate levels.
The successful candidate will possess the knowledge and skills to lead efforts to identify, cultivate, admit, aid, enroll, retain, and graduate the optimal number and quality of students. The candidate will also ensure enrollment goals are consistent with the university strategic plan and that enrollment management appropriately and effectively partners with related departments across the university.
