Tammy Lowrey-Ridgley, LAT, ATC, MS

Biography

Tammy Lowrey-Ridgley is a Clinical Athletic Trainer at Andrews Institute/Baptist Health Care, where she has served for the past seven years at Baptist Medical Park. She brings more than 20 years of experience working with professional athletes across multiple sports, including professional football and baseball, as well as a professional boxer. Tammy earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Troy University, where she competed as a collegiate softball athlete, and her Master’s degree from Auburn University. She provides comprehensive care to
a diverse population, including clinical patients, youth athletes, collegiate athletes, and professional performers. Her areas of expertise include injury prevention, rehabilitation, orthopedic care, sports performance, and return-to-play management. In addition to her clinical work, Tammy is actively involved in education and mentorship, teaching and guiding students through the Exercise Science internship program. She is honored to serve on the Advisory Board for the University of West Florida’s Exercise Science Department.
