Emily and her business partner, JL Cruz, co-own NWF Center for ELDOA™(2022). ELDOA is an exercise methodology that uses the fascial system to help create space in a joint. They are specific exercises of the spine and other joints that help align posture and increase awareness of body movement using performance-based exercise.
Emily has taught nutrition and fitness/wellness classes at Fortis Institute and Pensacola State College. She was also an Adapted Physical Education Teacher for 7 years. She enjoys speaking to groups about holistic concepts and loves to teach and educate the community about different ideas and concepts for movement and wellness.
As a former D1 collegiate, semi-pro soccer player, and former professional women’s football player, Emily’s own injuries and challenges with scoliosis, concussions, and orthopedic surgeries have had a significant impact on her own life and healing modalities. She has transformed her knowledge and education of the mind and body and how all systems work together, which gives her a unique take on movement.
