Utilize your skills in mathematics to immerse yourself in learning about math-oriented applications of economic theory.

What You Will Learn

Among other organizations, financial institutions offer exciting careers to financial analysts. The minor quantitative economics will provide you with the knowledge and skills that are valuable to every financial analyst and economist. This is an excellent compliment to any major, including: business, marketing, finance, accounting, statistics, math, and for students who plan to pursue their MBAs.

Our faculty work closely with business and community leaders to offer students learning and collaborative research opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. Such high impact practices help to foster your skills in quantitative economics.

UWF offers classes through various delivery methods, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online.
