Biography

Kimberly Madison is the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Strategic Property Partners LLC (SPP), real estate development firm and developer of the Water Street Tampa project in Tampa, Florida. Spanning 56 acres and connecting Tampa’s central business district to its waterfront, Water Street Tampa is a thriving retail and dining destination in Downtown Tampa, complemented by new public parks, homes and offices.

Prior to joining SPP in 2015, Kim was a partner in the Tampa office of the law firm of Adams and Reese. Kim has over 19 years of private practice experience in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, land use and contract law.

Kimberly serves on the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay History Center and the Tampa Downtown Partnership, where she also sits on the Executive Committee.  She also serves on the advisory board for the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator.

Kimberly holds both B.A. and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida.
