Ms. Tabithia Ross

Biography

Tabithia Ross, Visiting Instructor, is a unique addition to the UWF Biology Department. She is outgoing and dedicated to student success. She works hard to ensure students feel comfortable in the classroom and is willing to go the extra mile to reach out to those who might be struggling. She is an advocate for all our students, eager to work alongside them and help them on their journey to reach their academic and professional goals. Ross welcomes students to explore and ask questions about microbiology and other courses she teaches. Her goal is to make the field of biology less intimidating for students and help them apply the concepts taught in her classes to real life. Ross received the Adjuncting Teaching Excellence Award from UWF in 2024.
