  • The fundamentals of Six Sigma methodology, including the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)
    problem-solving roadmap
  • Descriptive and inferential statistics to measure process performance
  • Advanced charting, analysis methods, and Lean tools for root cause analysis
  • Effective techniques for mapping processes and pinpointing sources of variation
  • How to plan, lead, and sustain improvement projects across an organization

Throughout the course, your instructor will provide hands-on support and feedback through weekly modules.
