Nautilus Leadership Program
The Nautilus Leadership Program (NLP) is a year-long leadership development experience at the University of West Florida, designed to challenge, inspire, and empower students to grow as ethical and impactful leaders, both on campus and beyond.
About the Program
Structured around three key leadership pillars each year, NLP offers students monthly workshops, interactive activities, mentorship, and personal development opportunities throughout the academic year. Whether you're involved in student organizations, academics, athletics, or just exploring your leadership potential, NLP expands the definition of leadership and helps students discover how they can lead with purpose.
NLP was created to expand the perception of leadership beyond student organizations. This program fosters confidence, strategic thinking, community-mindedness, and personal growth in students from all backgrounds and levels of experience. It encourages active engagement, reflection, and connection, helping students develop into well-rounded leaders who leave a lasting impact.
