Leadership Development
Leadership is a pillar of the Kugelman Honors Program. We have many opportunities for student leadership through our Honors Council, Honors Mentor Program, and Honors Resident Assistant positions.
Honors Council
Honors Council members play an active role in shaping the Honors Program's future. All honors students have the opportunity to provide feedback on program requirements and Honors Council events, ensuring the honors experience remains dynamic and responsive to their needs.

If you're interested in serving on any of our committees, keep an eye on the Honors Newsletter for updates about openings.
Honors Mentors
Honors Mentors lend a helping hand as first-year students acclimate to University life and the Kugelman Honors Program. Mentors are assigned to first-year students during Honors Orientation and meet regularly from that point forward to provide guidance and foster a strong sense of community throughout the new student's first year in the Honors Program.

Honors Resident Assistants (RA)
Honors RAs actively support our Pace Hall community and attend Honors Council events. If you are a current honors student passionate about leadership and community building, consider becoming an RA.

We welcome RA applications each spring semester. Information about the application process and timeline will be shared in the Honors Newsletter.
