What do you enjoy most about working with students?
I love the energy, curiosity, and excitement that students bring as they explore their future. Being part of their journey—guiding, encouraging, and celebrating their growth—is genuinely rewarding.
What is your favorite quote?
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” ― Maya Angelou
What is the best advice you received?
The days may feel long, but the years fly by. Instead of always rushing toward the next big thing, take a moment to romanticize the life you're living right now. It’s a beautiful one.
What advice would you give to new students?
Embrace challenges with a growth mindset. College is the perfect time to take risks, learn from mistakes, and fail forward—turning setbacks into opportunities for growth. The more you push past fear and step outside your comfort zone, the stronger, more confident, and resilient you'll become.
What is one surprising thing about you that not many people know?
I was born in Madrid, Spain, and have dual citizenship, which has been a huge part of shaping who I am. Growing up in a multicultural family gave me a unique perspective, a deep love for different cultures, and, of course, an appreciation for amazing food!
