What do you enjoy most about working with students?
I enjoy helping students move from uncertainty to confidence. Many students feel pressure to have their entire future figured out right away. Watching students discover their strengths, build confidence, and gain a clearer sense of direction carries the greatest reward for me.
What is your favorite quote?
"Strive for progress, not perfection."
What is the best advice you have received?
You can't always see the forest from the trees. Not every decision has to be perfect. Focus on making informed choices, learning from your experiences, and continuing to grow along the way.
What advice would you give to new students?
Fear is normal. It means you're doing something new, not something wrong. Be willing to step outside your comfort zone, embrace new opportunities, and trust yourself through the process. Growth happens when you are brave enough to try.
