What do you enjoy most about working with students?

One of the most rewarding parts of working with students is watching them grow and succeed. I truly enjoy providing support and guidance as they navigate their journey and discover their own path. Seeing students achieve their goals is incredibly fulfilling, and I'm passionate about helping them reach their full potential.

What advice would you give new students?

Give yourself grace. This is a big transition, and it's normal to take time to adjust. You may make mistakes, and that's ok. What matters most is learning from those mistakes and continuing to move forward. Don't hesitate to ask for help along the way. Advisors are here to support you, but we can only step in if we know you need it.

What is one surprising thing about you that not many people may not know?

I love animals and seeking out unique opportunities to interact with them. Some of my favorite experiences include swimming with dolphins in the Bahamas, playing and bottle feeding lion and tiger cubs, petting animals like sloths and aardvarks, getting a kiss from a seal, and even visiting a pig cafe in Japan.

What is your favorite quote?

Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.- Dr. Seuss
