Transfer & Advising
When a student is accepted to the NWF2UWF program, the NWF2UWF coordinator along with the NWF advisor will be assigned to work directly with the student to recommend courses that will meet the requirements for an Associate of Arts degree, but also provide the most effective transfer of credits to the chosen bachelor's degree. Advising will be ongoing throughout the student's enrollment at Northwest Florida and continue through their enrollment at the University of West Florida. Students will need to follow the steps below to ensure a seamless transition from NWF to UWF.
