Yes! We do not have lunch available. Please pack a daily lunch and snack for your child. Do not pack anything that needs to be kept cold, reheated, or microwaved. We also encourage you to pack plenty of fluids or a refillable water bottle.

We do not put specific locations on public websites. We will send the location, directions and pick up and drop off information in a welcome letter the Wednesday before the camp.

You can drop off or pick up directly from the camp classroom. Early check out needs to be done before 2:45 p.m. We do not allow check out between 2:45 p.m.-3:00 p.m.

We will have limited spots in extended care. Once those spots are filled, we will no longer be able to accept other campers. If there is space available, you can register during the camp week.

Summer programs are based on the incoming grade for the following school year. Campers who just finished 2nd grade will sign up for the 3rd grade camps.

For Fall and Spring break programs, the grade is the current grade the camper is in.

If a spot becomes available, waitlisted individuals will be called in the order of sign up. Occasionally, waitlist openings occur on the Thursday, Friday or weekend before the camp. In these cases, we will not have time to call each person to fill the spot. When this happens, we will email everyone on the waitlist, and the opening will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

$50 per camp is due at time of registration. The remaining payments is due by 8:00 a.m. the Monday prior to the camp you are attending. Full payment the Monday prior to the camp is required to retain your spot.
