Over 12 years experience as a professional advisor in higher education, two years experience as a Freshman Instructor, four years experience as Editorial Assistant for IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, conference management experience as program & registration chair at regional, national and international levels

Research Interests

STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education, enrollment management, student retention, K-12 outreach, and early childhood cognition
