Biography

Kara Bloomberg joined the LandrumHR leadership team in 2018 as the vice president of operations and was promoted to chief operating officer in January 2019. Kara is responsible for LandrumHR's growth and operations across the business. Her role includes managing benefit options for clients, strategic planning, measuring progress and improving processes to ensure a great customer experience. Kara comes from a strong background in relationship building, strategic planning, business development, benefits administration, account management, HR consulting and human resources information systems. As the daughter of a retired teacher and as a mother herself, Kara volunteers her time with other organizations and efforts to support and improve education.
