Linda
Suzanne C. Borgen graduated with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Humanities from
the University of West Florida. Her current research addresses the need for
durable education models for refugee and displaced communities. She has conducted
fieldwork in the Spiti Valley and Dharamsala regions of the Himalayas in Himachal
Pradesh, India with the Himalayan Health Exchange anthropological field expedition.
Her interests include the organization of the Upper Tibetan Children's
Village in Dharamsala and studies on the Tibet-in-exile community and
