# Conference Steps Evidence of Demonstration
1 Teacher candidate shares general thoughts related to observation including what went well and areas for growth.  
2 Share and discuss observed evidence including strengths and areas for growth.  
3 Share 2-3 goals for continued professional development as related to the observation.
