Noyce Scholarship Program

UWF-Teach Noyce Scholarship Program.


UWF-Teach majors have the opportunity to become Robert Noyce Scholars and receive funding for the cost of attending UWF during their junior and senior years. Apply for the UWF-Teach Noyce Scholarship.

Scholarship Requirements:

  • Have (and maintain) a minimum 2.75 GPA.
  • Must be enrolled in a UWF-Teach major as a junior or senior at the time of award.
  • Must pass the General Knowledge FTCE in order to apply.
  • Must have completed Exploring Inquiry Teaching (EDG2041) or an equivalent course with a minimum grade of C-.
  • Submit two letters of recommendation (at least one letter should be from an HMCSE faculty member; the second letter may be from a School of Education or HMCSE faculty/staff member).
  • Scholarship recipients must be U.S. citizens or nationals, or permanent resident aliens.
