Graduate Student Travel

Through our School of Education Graduate Student Travel Awards, we are proud to support our graduate students as they present at conferences and participate in competitions. These awards are available to all graduate students (on-campus or online) across all programs.

Award Details & Deadlines

  • Availability: Awards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.
  • Submission Cycle: Applications are due by the first Friday of each month.
  • Processing: You will receive a status update by the third Friday of the month. Award letters are sent via email to the recipient and their department chairperson.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Timing: Students must attend the event prior to graduation.
  • Frequency: Students may apply once per degree level (Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral).

How to Apply

Please complete the School of Education Graduate Student Travel Award Application to be considered for a graduate travel award. The application will require you to upload a copy of your official acceptance letter or an email confirming your spot to present or compete. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award.
