All tuition and fees are assessed per credit hour, the level of the course and the student’s residency classification for fee purposes. The tables below list tuition for undergraduate and graduate courses, including all fees.

*Some online degree and certificate programs are self-supporting and market rate. Self-supporting and market rate programs do not charge more for out-of-state students; therefore, they are not eligible for a waiver.
Tuition waivers are available to non-Florida residents (including international students) admitted to online programs and registered for online courses in active pursuit of that degree or certificate. You must pay all other assessed tuition and fees. Renewal of waivers is not automatic. Waiver requests must be submitted every semester and are not retroactive for previous semesters.
Online degrees may not be available in all states. If you are an out-of-state student, please review our State Authorization Status to confirm that the program is available in your state.
Note: Self-Supporting and Market Rate programs do not charge more for out-of-state students; therefore they are not eligible for this waiver. A list of these Self-Supporting and Market Rate programs/courses and their pricing is available on the University’s Tuition and Fees page.
The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships helps students with grants, scholarships and loans. UWF awarded $102M+ in grants, scholarships and loans in 2022-23.
Be sure to follow the priority dates for financial aid consideration as well as the deadlines to submit tasks to guarantee processing by fee payment.

Follow the steps to apply for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) while you are applying for admission. No offer of financial aid will be made until you have been accepted for admission to UWF. Most financial aid programs specify that you enroll at least half-time, maintain satisfactory academic progress and show evidence of financial need. Receipt of a financial aid award does not guarantee financial aid in subsequent years. You must reapply for financial aid each academic year.
