Biography

Sophia Kraus earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Digital Design from the University of West Florida. She is currently continuing her education at UWF as a graduate student pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Sophia is passionate about project management, marketing, and helping students connect with meaningful career opportunities. Through her Graduate Assistantship with the UWF Office of Workforce Development, she supports program coordination, student engagement, and employer partnership initiatives that help bridge the gap between education and workforce success.

By combining her creative background with her growing business and leadership experience, Sophia is committed to supporting both students and business partners in ways that foster long-term professional growth.
