Maddisyn Ripp is an accomplished alumna of the University of West Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is currently advancing her expertise as a graduate student in UWF’s Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master's program. Maddisyn’s primary professional interests lie in human resources, with a focus on talent recruitment and training.

With three years of experience as a Resident Assistant in UWF Housing, she developed a deep passion for supporting students in achieving their career aspirations. Maddisyn combines her academic knowledge with hands-on experience to make a meaningful impact in fostering professional growth and development.
