Biography

Ruth McKinon has over 30 years’ experience in corporate training and development. Ruth recently retired from Pensacola State College where she was the Program Coordinator for Corporate and Professional Development and Training. 

Upon retirement, Ruth started a consulting company Turner McKinon LLC, providing leadership development and customized group and individual computer soft skills training. Ruth received her M.S. is Education specializing in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University. In addition, Ruth is recognized as a Certified John C. Maxwell Independent Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker. She is DISC Certified and a Certified Development Dimensions International Leadership Development Facilitator. In 2022, Ruth became a Licensed Doorknob Consulting Instructor and Director.
