Biography
Dr. Amitabh Mishra, an Associate Professor, has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. His research areas include wireless sensor networks, heterogeneous networks and wireless control. Mishra’s background includes experience in Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, Computer Networks, Wireless Technologies, Instrumentation, Control and Automation, Education, Training, HR Management and Project Management.
He has worked with wireless body area networks and network test beds. Mishra received much of his education in India. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Ravi Shankar University, a PG Diploma in Biomedical Information at Bioinformatics Institute, a PG in Personnel Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management, and a Master of Technology in Instrumentation from Devi Ahilya University. His research has been published in a special issue of Computing, Networking and Communications as well as TCSIM Quarterly Newsletter and proceedings at various conferences.
