Biography
Dr. Rumbley attended Auburn University, where she received her B.S., M.S., and PhD in Exercise Physiology. She has taught various health and exercise science course,s including Anatomy and Physiology and Exercise Physiology. Her research interests focus on how exercise supports cardiovascular health, muscle adaptation, and overall wellness.
As an instructor, Dr. Rumbley is passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment. She aims to help students gain confidence in themselves, discover new findings, and develop an appreciation and love for science.
