P-18.01-10/19 Accessible Electronic Information and Technology establishes standards at the University of West Florida for EIT accessibility in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations and laws. UWF is committed to providing equal access to its services, programs, and activities for all users. An accessible EIT environment enhances usability for everyone.

HR-04 Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (Under Revision) ensures that all qualified employees, applicants, students, and guests have access to University programs and activities is critical to our educational mission and is among our highest priorities. The University complies fully with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended by the 2008 Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Florida Civil Rights Act; and other federal and state laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination on the basis of Disability or handicap.

SA-09.04-09/19 Academic Accommodations for Students with Disabilities pertains to students qualifying for academic accommodations, staff responsible for determining reasonable accommodations, faculty providing academic accommodations, and all University of West Florida staff who have processes or content that a student would access in the course of their academic experience.
