What influenced your decision to leave the U.S. Air Force and join the U.S. Space Force?
My sister and brother-in-law have both spent almost twenty years in Space Operations for the Air Force, and my brother-in-law is now in the Space Force, so I was influenced by the positive impact it has had on their lives. I wasn’t sure I would be selected, but upon hearing I received a commission into the Space Force I was excited to be joining something so new and important to America’s history.
What do you hope to accomplish in the U.S. Space Force?
I hope to serve this country to the best of my abilities and learn as much as I can in the Space Force.
How does it feel to be among some of the first people and the first UWF cadet to join the U.S. Space Force?
I feel honored to be among some of the first people and UWF cadets to enter into the Space Force. It's exciting to be a part of something that’s new and still evolving.
