UWF Center for Behavior Analysis enhances ROTC, law enforcement training with virtual simulation system

A virtual simulation system at the University of West Florida Center for Behavior Analysis is providing hands-on training for UWF’s Army ROTC cadets and local law enforcement agencies. The VirTra 300 LE firearms training simulator is a virtual reality system designed to incorporate applied behavior analysis with behavior-based fluency.

UWF’s Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies program ranked No. 1 by Best Value Schools

The University of West Florida Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies program was recently ranked No. 1 by Best Value Schools for Best 11 Bachelor’s in Legal Studies 2021. Best Value Schools uses two metrics to create rankings: cost and student-to-faculty ratio.

UWF online programs rank among best in U.S. News & World Report

The University of West Florida ranked among the best in the nation in the prestigious 2021 U.S. News & World Report Best Online College rankings. UWF ranked 53rd among 357 institutions for Best Online Bachelor’s Programs and 37th for Best Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans in the rankings released on Tuesday, Jan. 26.

Argos Meet the Pros: Santa Rosa County School District

Join the Santa Rosa County School District to learn more about teaching opportunities! Shakespeare in Love

The Center for Fine and Performing Arts is proud to host live theatre once more! The Department of Theatre presents "Shakespeare in Love" by Lee Hall, Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard October 29-31 & November 5-7. This comedy tells the story of a young Will Shakespeare suffering from writer's block until he meets his muse, Viola. It is a piece full of laughs and genuinely heartwarming moments.
