Theresa Cserep

As the coordinator for the Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz Center for Leadership, Theresa is responsible for managing the continued success of the Women in Leadership Conference, the Executive Mentor Program, and the Center’s flagship leadership programs.

Prior to joining the Center for Leadership, Theresa was a senior training specialist at the University of West Florida. She facilitated training sessions, coaching, and provided individual consulting for thousands of degreed professionals.

Theresa received an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of West Florida. 

Theresa is passionate about making Pensacola a great place for everyone to live and has served with multiple community organizations such as Leadership Pensacola, United Way of West Florida as a loaned executive, Junior Achievement, and the Junior League of Pensacola as the former president and
board member.

When she isn’t at the Center for Leadership, Theresa loves spending time with her three amazing daughters at the beach, traveling, serving as a school parent, soccer coach, and cuddling her beloved beagle, Beau.
