Theresa Cserep
Theresa Cserep is the associate director for the Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz Center for Leadership. Theresa is responsible for increasing value-added, visibility, and brand awareness of the Women in Leadership Conference, the Executive Mentor Program, and the Center’s flagship leadership programs. Theresa organizes cultural, entertaining, and educational events in collaboration with community leaders and innovators to provide diverse experiences that result in increased engagement with the Center.
With more than two decades of experience in coaching and leadership, Theresa has had a passion for empowering people to be their best. Throughout her career, Theresa has strived to conduct market research to identify needs and trends, provide resources and support, and attract and incentivize sponsors.
Theresa was awarded the Public Leadership Credential, 2024, John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She received an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of West Florida. She is a certified Child Welfare Trainer through the Florida Certification Board.
Theresa is passionate about making Pensacola a great place for everyone to live and has served with multiple community organizations such as the Greater Pensacola Chamber’s Leadership Pensacola as an Alumni, Advisory Council, and Committee Member, United Way of West Florida as a Loaned Executive, Junior Achievement, and the Junior League of Pensacola as former president, board member, and current sustainer board member.
When she isn’t at the Center for Leadership, Theresa loves spending time with her three amazing daughters at the beach, traveling, serving as a school parent, soccer coach, and cuddling her beloved beagle, Beau.
