Email Signature Generator
Email is our most common form of day-to-day communication and therefore one of the most visible ways we communicate. Clear, consistent email identification strengthens the UWF brand. Please use the form below to enter your information. If no information is entered in a field, it will not appear in the generated signature. When you are finished filling out the form, use the “Generate Signature” button and then follow the instructions to add the signature to your Gmail account. Please note that any additional text or graphic elements are not permitted to be added to a UWF email signature.

To add your signature to your Gmail account click the “Copy Signature” button and then proceed with the following steps:
- Open Gmail.
- In the top right, click “Settings”, then "See all settings".
- In the “Signature” section, paste your signature text in the box to the right of the name of your signature. If you do not currently have a signature, you will need to click on "Create new", give it a name, and then paste the signature into the text box that appears.
- Just below the signature box, be sure to update your "Signature defaults".
- At the bottom of the page, click “Save Changes.”
To ensure the best formatting of your email signature, do not resize the logo image or add anything to the signature. For questions, please email brand@uwf.edu.
