“Here for Good” is a capital campaign designed by the University of West Florida to raise funds in four finalized areas of support: People (all scholarships and faculty support), Programs (all academic athletic non-scholarship initiatives), Place (all physical spaces and named programs), and Community (all community initiatives).

Since 1967, we’ve been a pillar for our region as an institution focused on individual growth and community advancement. Fifty-five years later, we are emerging as a powerhouse for innovation, invention and discovery. We remain focused on our commitment to impact our region and the world beyond. Our spirited community is changing the world by inspiring people to pursue not just a calling, but a greater purpose. That’s why we’re Here for Good.

The Here for Good campaign is a proclamation. A promise to expand the passion of our people and unleash the best of UWF. Our students, faculty, staff and alumni are united in answering a call to serve others and enhance their lives.

Because of generous donors, our students are better prepared to serve the world and change the future. Gifts to the University ensure our ability to sustain quality academics, a robust scholarship program, improvements to our campus infrastructure and the capacity to meet emerging needs and opportunities.

What we do today is bigger than what we can see. An impactful gift to the University creates ripples on our campus, in the communities we serve and in future generations.
