Ray Jones is a native of Rockingham, North Carolina. Following graduation from the University of North Carolina, he received a commission in the U.S. Navy through NROTC and completed Supply Corps School.

Dick Baker has been involved with real estate development and banking for most of his career and has had a great love for UWF for many years. He has served UWF in various capacities and is currently a Trustee.

Betsy Bowers is the vice president for Finance and Administration at the University of West Florida. Previously she served as associate vice president for Internal Auditing and Management Consulting, and she directed internal auditing for more than 20 years.
